

SL Rock Creek adds a hands-free power tailgate, panoramic sunroof, leather upholstery, driver's seat memory, and a 12-speaker stereo. Functional additions are a garage door opener, rubber floor mats, metallic interior trim, and high-contrast stitching. SV Rock Creek is largely an appearance package that adds black exterior trim elements.

SV Tech trim brings automatic headlights, fog lights, roof rails, NissanConnect services, navigation, passive keyless entry, remote engine start, radar cruise control, variable speed-sensitive front wipers, three 12-volt power outlets, an eight-way power driver's seat with manual lumbar, heated front seats and steering wheel, leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift lever, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross traffic alert. Pathfinder S safety kit includes a rear door alert, forward collision alert with automatic braking, and tire pressure monitoring with easy-fill alert. Inside, S trim gets an advanced drive assist display, an 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreen, Bluetooth, backup sensors, push-button engine start, three-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, front map lights and rear reading lights, tilt-and-telescopic steering, manual front seat adjustments, cloth upholstery, and a six-speaker stereo with satellite radio and CD player. On the outside, Pathfinder S comes with 18-inch wheels and tires, LED daytime running lights, heated side mirrors, and rear privacy glass.

All use a 3.5L V6 engine and a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Nissan Pathfinder trim offerings are S, SV Tech, SV Rock Creek, SL Rock Creek, SL Premium, and Platinum. For 2020, the Pathfinder is carried over with no major changes. What started out as a small truck-based utility has grown into a mid-size crossover model with three rows of seating. The Pathfinder was Nissan's original SUV model.
